Delivery policy:
Delivery times stated on this site are for indication purposes only and may vary.
All items are quoted for box delivery only. This does not include unpacking, positioning, or assembly of items.
‘On-Site Services’ which includes unpacking, positioning, commissioning, and on-site training of your new product, are NOT included but can be quoted on request.
Alltec holds no responsibility, or is liable, for any compensation in case of deviations from the indicated delivery times.
Email or phone support is available during normal office hours.
We do not accept responsibility if the machine cannot fit through doors.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check if the unit will fit.
If the delivery cannot be completed it is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of machines will be to the ground floor only & does not include negotiating stairs or a lift.
